How to Track Your Order
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from Gen Sofa with your tracking number and a tracking link.
- Click the link in that email, or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website.
- You can also log in to your account on our website to see your order status.
Good to Know
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they ship.
- Tracking information can take 2–5 business days to appear on the carrier's website after you receive your shipping email.
- Estimated delivery after shipping: 10–20 business days in the United States and 15–30 business days internationally.

If you haven't received tracking details within 10 business days of ordering, or your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, email us at contact@gensofa.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
